Connecting the Microscope to the Electrical Supply

The microscope operates on an electrical supply with a frequency of 50 or 60 Hz and at

voltages in the range 100 to 240 V without adjustment.

Fit the molded connector of the power cable into the inlet at the rear of the microscope.

The cable from the microscope to the spectrometer comes from the preamp inside the

microscope, to a connector marked

on the rear of the spectrometer.

The connections from the pre-amp in the microscope to the spectrometer are described
