ACTIVATE THE iQ BAND
The Perfect iQ Band is shipped in OFF mode to preserve battery life.
To remove it from OFF mode, simply press and hold the button for
5 seconds.
CHECK THE BATTERY STATUS
The Perfect iQ Band may need a recharge before use. Please
check the battery status (see flip side for details) and, if needed,
charge the unit (via USB).

BATTERY STATUS ICONS
PRESS & HOLD the mode button until
MENU appears in the display. After a
few seconds, the battery icon will appear.
CHARGE YOUR iQ
Snap iQ into the USB Charger
(included) and plug in to USB port.
It will take 1-2 hours to fully
charge your battery.
The battery icon will
appear in the display.
After a few seconds,
A blinking dot will appear
in the display. Charging
is now in progress.
When the dot stops
blinking, the charge
is complete.
