Heating Cable

The HWAT System includes HWAT-R2 heating cable

designed to maintain the piping at specific tempera-

ture settings with the use of the HWAT-ECO or ACS-

30 controllers. Figure 2 shows the construction of

the heating cable.

Self-regulating conductive core

Polymer-coated aluminum wrap

Tinned-copper braid

Modified polyolefin

outer jacket

Modified polyolefin inner jacket

The minimum control setpoint for HWAT-R2 is 105°F

(40°C). The maximum control setpoint for HWAT-R2

is 140°F (60°C).
