7. Screw the nut located under the head with a 13 mm
wrench.
6.7.3. CLEANING AND LUBRICATING BLADES
To ensure the proper functioning of the CITY CUT, it is necessary:
• lubricate the blades using the PELLENC lubricant spray (ref. 121633) every two working hours,
• to dismount the blades at the end of the working day to clean and lubricate the assembly, see procedure below.
1. Completely dismount the CITY CUT cutting head
(refer to the "dismount" part of Section 6.7.2,
“Changing the CITY CUT blades”).
2. Clean the areas indicated in the illustration opposite
using a flat screwdriver, compressed air, a brush or
hot water (only on the blades).
3. Dry all the parts using a clean, dry cloth.
4. Lubricate the blades using the PELLENC lubricant
spray (ref. 121633).
5. Refit the CITY CUT (refer to the "assembly" part of
Section 6.7.2, “Changing the CITY CUT blades”).
6.7.4. SHARPENING THE BLADES
1. Visually check the blades.
If any of the blades are twisted or bent, they should
be discarded.
To equip yourself with new blades, see Section 9,
“Accessories and consumables”.
