The workplace

• 

There must be sufficient space around the 

machine to facilitate use.

• 

Keep the work area clean, dry and well lit.

• 

Cluttered, damp and dark workplaces invite 

accidents and injuries.

• 

Keep children and spectators at a safe 

 

distance from the machine. Children should 

 

definitely NOT use the machine or stay inside

 

work area.

• 

Check that there are no dangerous situations 

occurs when working with the machine, that 

the work area around the machine is free of 

objects that could possibly pose a danger, and 

that there is no oil (or other sticky material) on 

the floor that could pose a danger to the user.

Personal safety

• 

Only qualified persons with good education and 

knowledge of the function of the machine may 

use it.

• 

Wear a dust mask and goggles, as well as 

suitable work clothes, safety shoes and work 

gloves that are suitable for this type of work.

• 

Do not wear loose clothing and do not wear 

jewelry.

• 

Use hair nets if you have long hair. Be sure 

to keep hair, clothing and gloves away from 

moving parts. Loose clothing, jewelry and long 

hair can get caught in moving parts.

• 

Attention. Look at what you are working on and 

use common sense when using the machine.

• 

Do not use the machine if you are tired or under 

the influence of drugs, alcohol or medicines. A 

moment of distraction can be enough to 

 

seriously injure you. 

The structure of the machine

• 

The machine consists of two main parts 

electricity and mechanics.

• 

The mechanical part is built with a fixed and a 

moving part which is then mounted in a frame.

• 

The electrical parts consist of:

 

- Micro data system and control panel

 

- Automatic measurement of distance and  

 

  wheel diameter

 

- Two-phase asynchronous motor

 

- Horizontal and vertical pressure sensor

 

- Protective hood

Assembly of the machine

Open the box and check that there is no damage to 

the machine. Check that all these accessories are 

included in the delivery:

The machine may only be lifted under the angled 

floor plate. Never lift the machine in the balance 

shaft / spindle, the wheel guard or accessory 

 

washer.
We recommend that you attach the machine to the 

floor, otherwise the measurement results may be 

incorrect. Use the holes located on the machine’s 

angled floorboard.
Make sure there is 50 cm of free space around the 

machine.
Check that the machine is firmly against the ground 

at the installation site.
Assemble the tube frame and the two parts for the 

wheel cover, then screw the cover on the balancing 

machine with a bolt M10 x 65 mm.
