The Peavey ID
™
1G, or Instrument Direct Interface is a basic, non-equalized, direct interface designed to be inserted in the
preamplifier output/power amplifier input of any instrument amplifier. Although the ID 1G may be used directly off of the
instrument output (electric bass/guitar), some signal loss and high-frequency attenuation will occur. The ID 1G will provide a
transformer balanced send (pin 2 positive) suitable for direct input to any low-impedance mixer input.
