How to Replace the Secondary Belt …

Jog the machine until the pick-off arm reaches the maximum forward
extension away from the magazine.

Remove the connecting pin.

Loosen the 2 adjusting/tensioning idlers.

Install the new belt.

Check to ensure the alignment of the secondary arms is top dead center
vertical.

If the secondary arms are not aligned, adjust use the 3 phasing bolts.

Jog the machine until the pick0off arm reaches the maximum rearward
extension toward the magazine.

Install the connecting pin.
