SmartNode 4830 DSL Series User Manual 

C • Cabling

DSL

The DSL interface connects to the analog or ISDN telecom line coming to your house. Depending on the 
country and type of installation, a frequency splitter device may be inserted between the phone outlet and the 
SmartNode, splitting the DSL signal from the phone signal.
