WARNING! When using the machine with a supply voltage higher than

450 V, all manufacturer’s warranty obligations expire!

The mains connector, the power supply cable sections, and the mains fuses

must be selected on the basis of the machine specification.

2.4 MAINS PLUG CONNECTION

WARNING! The mains plug must correspond to the supply voltage and

the  current  consumption  of  the  welding  machine  (see  the  specification).
According  to  safety  measures,  it  is  necessary  to  use  guaranteed  grounding,
while it is forbidden to use the neutral wire of the supply mains as grounding!!!

3. MANUAL METAL ARC WELDING WITH A STICK
ELECTRODE (MAW «MMA»)

The procedure for preparing the machine to work:
- insert the cable of the electrode holder to the source

A “+”

 socket;

insert the “ground” terminal cable into the source

B “

-

 socket;

- connect the "ground" terminal to the

product

- connect the mains cable to the three-phase mains;
- put the automatic switch

7

on the rear panel in the “I” position;

- using button

4

, set the welding mode MAW "MMA", the modes are switched in a

circle;

- using buttons

2

, set the current main parameter - arc current;

- if necessary, you can adjust the additional functions of the welding process (for

the order of change, see clause 6.1).

Warning!

In the MAW “MMA” welding mode, after the main switch is turned to the

“I”  position,  the  stick  electrode  is  under  voltage.  Do  not  touch  the  cond

uctive  or

grounded  objects  with  an  electrode,  such  as,  for  example,  the  welding  machine

Electrode holder

Ground terminal
