Full description of graphical interface and functionality
The maximum frequency values in the tables 3 and 4 are valid for a single commanded
Gea24 instrument. In the case of acquisitions made with two Gea24 instruments
connected simultaneously, the maximum configurable frequency sampling will be the
lower between the two Gea24 instruments considered separately.
NOTE: In order to achieve high acquisition sampling it may be necessary to enable the
acquisition only to the geophones ranging from numbers 7 to 12 (or between 1 and 6 if
geophone order inversion is enabled); you can also use two instruments at the same time
and enabling for each one only the geophones with numbers ranging from 7 to 12 (or
between 1 and 6 if geophones order inversion is enabled).
By pressing the "Acq Config>" we proceed to the second window of the configuration of
the parameter acquisition.
6.3.2 Data collection configuration window (Acquisition configuration)
The window allows you to configure the parameters required for the acquisition. The
fields vary as a result of the choice made on the drop-down menu “Mode” configuration,
which can be "Active" or "Passive". For the "passive" mode, there are two additional
options that affect the parameters required by the GUI: with the checkbox "Multiple
Acquisition" checked or empty.
Pressing the button "<Lines Config " you go back to the lines configuration first window,
by pressing the "Geos Config>" button we proceed to the third configuration window of
the parameters of the geophones.
Next we will describe the parameters of the three different cases of acquisition.
6.3.2.1 Active acquisition configuration window
The configuration window for the "Active" mode is shown in figure 5.
