Information for all Users is shown for the Administrator; the logged-in User sees his/her
information only.
The columns provide the:
• name of the user
• permission level granted to the user
• date the user information was created or last edited
• SOP and Data viewing assignment
Security Settings
Security Settings displays for a User with Administrator or Supervisor rights.
No Security Allows access for all Users. No password is required to start and use the
software. All functions are available.
Security Requires a User ID and password. The SOPs and measurement data are
controlled based on User-assigned level. Can be enabled by an
Administrator or Supervisor.
21 CFR Part 11 Requires a User ID and password. Electronic records and signatures are
used in compliance with the FDA’s Electronic Records and Electronic
Signatures Rule (21 CFR Part 11). Refer to
21 CFR Part 11, page F-1 for
additional information. Can be enabled by an Administrator only.
