Chapter 6 Accessories Isolator Monitoring Kit
Isolator Monitoring Kit
The Isolator Monitoring Kit can be used to sample in the isolator.
There are two Isolator Monitoring Kits:
• 25/50 LPM units
• 100 LPM unit
NOTE: For correct sampling, ensure the correct kit for required flow rate is
used.
Part numbers for the kits are provided in
Table 2-2 Accessories for the MiniCapt Remote
Microbial Air Sampler
on page 2-2.

Isolator Monitoring Kit components
>> To install the Isolator Monitoring Kit on the MiniCapt:
1
Follow the instructions in
Install the Agar Plate
on page 6-2 for installing the agar
plate.

Place the
Remote Sampling Adapter
over the agar plate on the MiniCapt.

Place the
Impactor Tripod
inside the isolator.

Connect the
Impactor Tripod
to the
Remote Sampling Adapter
:
a.
Use a Tri-Clamp to attach one end of the tubing to the
Remote Sampling
Adapter
.
b.
Use a Tri-Clamp to attach the other end of the tubing to the
Impactor Tripod
.
