CONDITIONS
This limited warranty shall be subject to the original owner co
mplying with the
following conditions: PP&SS warrants to original owner

om the date of swimming pool start-up or
retail pur
chase. The materials, parts and/or r
elated component parts supplied
or distributed by PP&SS ar

retailer with Paramount. Ther

eimbursement for any labor charges

ed outside of the Paramount W
.S.S. network.
Replacement parts ar
e warranted for a period of one (1) year fr
om date of
pur
chase and ar
e not sold with any field service pr
ogram.

LIMIT
ATIONS
No warranty extends to any part of the PP&SS parts or component
s which is
caused by any of the following conditions or events:

es caused by abuse, lack of r
esponsible car
e, lack
of necessary maintenance, impr
oper operation, vandalism, acts of
God.
2. Damages or failur
es caused by abuse, lack of r
esponsible car

lack of necessary maintenance, impr
oper operation, vandalism,

3. PP&SS expr
essly denies any r
esponsibility or liability for incidental
or consequential damages arising out of, or as a r
esult of, use or
ownership of your PP&SS parts or as a r
esult of use or ownership
of your PP&SS parts or components, or other r
elated pr
oducts
cover
ed under this limited warranty
.
4. Any defects caused by acts of God, such as storms, earthqua
kes,
gr
ound movement, or fr
eezing, etc., that ar
e beyond the normal
conditions.
5. Installation of the PP&SS System by a non-authorized insta
ller may
r
ender this warranty null and void.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of inciden
tal or conse
-
quential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may no
t apply to you.
Implied warranties ar
e limited in duration to the duration of the written limited
warranty her
e within. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an
implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply
to you. This
warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have
other rights that
may vary fr
om state to state.
