Change Options (cho)

Use the cho command to change the device options of a COMSPHERE or DATAPHONE II
device.
For most commands, NMS enables you to specify the destination for the command’s results and
schedule its execution. If the last page of the input form cannot accommodate the Destination for
results and Schedule execution fields, an additional page is provided. For a complete description
of these fields, refer to Chapter 1, Introduction.

Due to the interaction between the 3600 Series DSUs and the NMS, under
certain circumstances a cho command that is executed in a routine may fail.
In order to avoid this, it is recommended that the Display Options (dso)
command be executed before the cho command. This applies only to
3600 Series DSUs.

certain circumstances a scheduled cho command may fail. To avoid this, it
is recommended that the Display Options (dso) command be scheduled
before a cho command.
