Adjusting the manual scoring saw

On machines with manual scoring unit 1750 (option), the scoring saw is adjusted using the setting wheels
shown in the figure. These are located on the front of the machine.

Spraying System

For certain applications (e.g. when processing aluminium profiles or composite materials with aluminium con-
tent), the machine can be equipped with a spraying system (minimum quantity cooling lubrication). This can be
ordered under Art. No. 4324.

15.9.1

Special features when using a spraying system

When working with the spraying system, it is essential to wear oil-resistant
gloves, closed, tight-fitting clothing and protective goggles.

If the machine is operated with a spraying system, special care must be taken to ensure adequate extraction.
Under certain conditions, harmful substances can be generated in the spray mist.

The



manufacturer's operating instructions for the spraying system must be observed.

Spray lubricants recommended for aluminium machining:

Therefore wear a suitable respiratory mask .
