Your Classic/Comfort Box doesn’t react to your remote control :
• If the Classic/Comfort Box LED doesn’t react, check the batteries and “re-pair” the remote
control.
• If the Classic/Comfort Box LED reacts but nothing happens on-screen, restart your Classic/
Comfort Box using the power cable.
Unable to access the VOD channels, VOD downloads or the programme guides :
• Make sure your Classic/Comfort Box is properly connected to the P&T HomeServer (HAG).
If your USB key is not correctly detected by your Classic/Comfort Box when you plug
it in or out :
Depending on the capacity, format and files present on your USB key, it may not be detected
immediately, or the USB diagnostics screen in the settings menu may not list it. If this happens,
restart your Classic/Comfort Box to access the Mediacentre channel, then plug in your USB key
again. Only FAT 16 and FAT 32 formatted USB keys are compatible with Mediacentre.
The Mediacentre doesn’t list the files shared by your PC or doesn’t read certain files :
• Make sure you have activated the sharing option for the media files on your computer (from
media server software or directly from Windows Media Player™, for example), and that your lo
-
cal network configuration and your firewall enable your Classic/Comfort Box to access and read
the content on your computer.
• Mediacentre supports a wide range of standard media formats: MPEG, Windows Media™,
JPEG, etc. However, some file formats may not be compatible with Classic/Comfort Box or with
the media server being used.
If problems persist, call Customer Services on 8002 8887
• To pair a new remote control with your Comfort Box, press the reset button for 4 seconds (until
the LED flashes twice) to display the pairing screen (to pair your new remote control with your
Classic Box, press the reset button twice). Then follow the on-screen instructions.
• If you lose or break your remote control, you can switch on your Classic/Comfort Box by press
-
ing the reset button.
Unable to access the TV channels or options that you have subscribed to :
• Call the Customer Services Department to make sure your subscription has been registered
and that it is still active.
• Access to your options is usually available a few moments after subscription.
