Chapter 4 Fax/Email Settings
Example : Select Receive
Select Receive can prevent the receiving of unnecessary originals ( Ex : junk fax, direct mail, etc.).
The procedure of setting Select Receive is described below.
For more details about Select Receive, refer to Convenient Reception Features in the Operating Instructions
(For Facsimile and Internet Fax) on the provided CD-ROM.

Press the Function key.

Select “ Fax/Email Settings ”.

Select “ 04 Key Operator Mode ”.

Enter the password (8-digit), and then
select “
OK ”.

Select “ 01 Fax Parameters ”.

Select “ 40-79 ”.
z Fax Parameters can be directly selected
using a keypad for quick operation. If a
Parameter No. is known, enter the desired
Parameter No. with a keypad, and then
press the "Start" key.
Ex: In step 6, enter “ 46 ” with a keypad, and
press the “ Star t” key to select “ 46 Select
Receive ”.
