Notice
•
The use of a USB hub is not recommended. We
cannot guarantee that the unit will work properly.
•
Do not connect two or more Panasonic electronic
boards to a computer. It may cause the computer
operation to become unstable.

Scanning to a computer

Press the Copy Key
.
•
The unit starts scanning and “
” will flash in
the Display Window. “ ” will be displayed
when scanning is finished, and then change
to “
”.
Notice
•
Do not remove the USB cable until the
scanned image file has been completed
copied to the computer.
The scanned image files will be deleted if the
USB cable is removed.

Open the Removable Disk displayed
on the computer screen, and click
[Refresh] from the [View] in the
Windows Explorer window.
•
With Windows XP, the scanned image file will
be displayed.
•
With Windows Vista, Windows 7 and
Windows 8, click on the [Refresh] button.

Copy the image file in the
Removable Disk onto the
computer’s desktop or into a folder.
•
It is possible to save a maximum of 10
scanned image files to the electronic board’s
removable disk.
If an 11th image file is scanned with the
electronic board, the first image file will be
deleted.

After opening and checking the
scanned image files on the
computer screen, erase the screen
film surface using the eraser.
•
Follow the procedure below for removing a
USB cable connected to a computer.
1 Right-click the icon for safely removing
the hardware in the taskbar notification
area in the bottom-right corner of the
display, and then click the Safely
Remove menu.
2 When the list of devices is displayed,
click on the device to be removed, click
the [Stop] button, and then click [OK]
on the displayed window.
3 Close the window.
4 Remove the USB cable connected to
the computer from the electronic board.
