Inserting Characters and Printing
You can insert characters stored within the Photo Printer onto pictures
and print.
p
Select the INPUT method.
p
Select the picture you wish to print and make the Single Screen
Display appear.

Select [Type], under [EFFECT] on the MENU screen, and
press
.

The MENU contents under [EFFECT] can be also displayed with
.

Insert characters.
p
Press
each time you select a character.
p
After choosing all the characters, select
, and press
.
A) Erasing Characters
Select [Delete], and press
to erase characters one at a time.
B) Switching Characters
Select either [Page 1] or [Page 2], and press
to switch characters.

Select [OK]
after inserting all the characters and
press
.

Use the
Buttons to position the character’s
location,
or
to select the character’s size,
to
rotate the character, and then press
.

You cannot return from Step 4 to Step 3.
p
Pressing
enables you to select the character’s size or to rotate
the character by using the
buttons. Pressing
once
more, enables you to move the picture. Press
to move to
Step 5.
p
Use the
Buttons to select the character’s color, and press
.
p
Each time you press the
Button, the color of the character
changes in order: black, blue,
green,
cyan,
red,
magenta, yellow,
white and black.

Press
to print.
p
Turning the power off will delete all inputted characters.
p
Select [Don’t indicate] in [Display] under [EFFECT] if you do not want
to display created title (Illustrations/Characters) temporarily.
p
Characters may appear disfigured on the TV Screen, but will not be so
when printed.
p
The size of characters is restricted by the number of characters.
p
Character fonts cannot be altered.
p
Created titles (Illustrations/Characters) can be recorded onto cards.
p
To delete created title displays (Illustrations/Characters), select [Don't
indicate] or [Clear] in [Display] under [EFFECT].
p
When you insert an illustration, insert it before inserting characters. If
you insert an illustration after inserting characters, the characters will
be deleted.
p
You may not be able to enlarge or rotate the characters at the end of
the screen. Move the characters after enlarging or rotating them.
