Machine Adjustment

Board Transport

This is used to check the state of the board being transported between each conveyor and move it
to the different positions.

UNLOCK

+ Carry in

Transports the board in from the previous
process to the conveyor (left). Ready signal is
transmitted to the previous process.

UNLOCK

+ Load

Transports the board from the conveyor (left) to
the board holder.

UNLOCK

+ Unload

Transports the board from the board holder to
the conveyor (right).

UNLOCK

+ Carry out

Transport the board from the conveyor (right)
out to the next process.

UNLOCK

+ Positioning action

Performs only the board positioning motion.

UNLOCK

+ Holder to origin

Returns the support to its origin.

UNLOCK

+ Rear

Moves the board holder to the rear side.

UNLOCK

+ Front

Moves the board holder to the front side.

UNLOCK

Clamps/Releases the board when the board
holder has been moved to the front or rear
side.

Indicates the board is on the current con-
veyor.
After the board has been transported, the
color of this position turns off and the image
that had been blinking turns in green.

Indicates the conveyor that is the next
destination of the board.
