There is no link between the main unit and the receiver. Check
that the receiver is turned on.

Re-initialize the main unit: While stopped and “DVD/CD” is the
source, press and hold [

remote control until “Initialized” disappears from the television.
Turn the unit off and on again. If the problem persists, contact a
qualified service person.
