Lift up the iron head vertically and straighten the
hose, to make condensate water flow back.
The power plug is not inserted, the power button
is not pressed or the steam level is not set
properly.
Insert the power plug, press the power button
and set the steam level to any level other than
“ ”.

Send your product to an authorized service
centre for repair.
The problem persists even after you have followed the above solutions.
Scale appears on the
soleplate.
Tap water may be polluted by the rusted water
pipe, so the steam ejected from the steam vents
may produce scale.
Fill the water tank with pure water. After the
product is powered on and the steam function is
turn on, press and rub the soleplate hard with a
wet cloth placed on a flat surface until the scale
is cleaned.

will run idle, thus making a noise.
Attach the water tank onto the power base
correctly.

Ensure the hose is not bent.
The product cannot
be powered on.

steam stops.
The product is tilted or is placed on an unstable
place, which triggers the auto power off when
tilting function to turn the power off.
Make sure the power base is placed on a stable
and flat surface.
