17. Connecting to Other Devices – Tethered Recording

Operating the Camera from a PC

Getting started:

•

Turn on the camera and PC.

•

Install “LUMIX Tether” on PC.

Connect the camera and PC with the USB connection
cable. (

to select [PC(Tether)] and then press

Use “LUMIX Tether” to operate the camera from the PC.

•

If [USB Mode] is set to [PC(Tether)] in the [Setup] ([IN/OUT]) menu, the camera
will be automatically connected to the PC without the [USB Mode] selection
screen being displayed. (



[USB Mode]: 589

•

The Wi-Fi/Bluetooth functions are not available while there is a PC connection
with [PC(Tether)].
