*1 : When the maintenance criterion operating time or number of operations is reached, MAINTENACE OUT turns ON.
*2 : Entering the maintenance complete on the maintenance screen in Laser Marker NAVI smart, resets the operating time
or number of operations.
Item Time Remarks
T1 Max. 1 sec. It takes max. 1 sec. from the instant when the operating time or the number of operations
of a part subject to maintenance reaches the maintenance criterion to the instant when
MAINTENACE OUT (Y13) turns ON.
T2 Max. 10 sec. Time for system startup. If there is any part whose operating time or number of
operations has reached the maintenance criterion at the time of startup of the laser
marker, MAINTENACE OUT (Y13) turns ON simultaneously with turning ON of
SYSTEMSTANDBY OUT (Y7).

• The ON/OFF status of MAINTENANCE OUT (Y13) does not affect READY OUT (Y5).
• When “Laser pumping time [h]” and “Number of shutter open/close operations” reach the maintenance time, our service
