4-6-17 Laser stop input
If LASER STOP IN is released when laser is not radiating, the shutter is closed keeping the laser pumping on.
If LASER STOP IN is released when laser is radiating, the laser pumping is turned off, and the shutter is closed.
Refer to “Laser marker operation when functions for safety measures are input” (P.100).

Item Time Remarks
T1 Max. 1 sec. There is a delay time of around 200ms to max. 1 second from turning ON/OFF of
SHUTTER IN (X8) to turning ON/OFF of SHUTTER CLOSE 1 OUT (Y8) and SHUTTER
CLOSE 2 OUT (Y9).
SHUTTER CLOSE 1 OUT and SHUTTER CLOSE 2 OUT will be output by the same
operation, but their output timing has a margin of error.
T2 ― Total time for shutter opening and marking data creation. It varies depending on the
quantity of the setting data.
T3 2ms or more Keep the ON status for 2ms or more.
T4 2 to 510ms This is One-shot output. Set the output time on the environment setting screen. There is
a small margin of error for the setting value.
T5 100ms or more Keep the ON status for 100ms or more.
T6 Approx. 5 to 10 sec. Time for completion of laser pumping.
• At the usual operation: Approx. 5 sec.
• Re-pumping right after turning the laser pumping OFF: Max. 10 sec.
T7 Max. 1 sec. After the laser pumping is completed, there is a delay time of max. 1 second until when
SHUTTER CLOSE 1 OUT (Y8) and SHUTTER CLOSE 2 OUT (Y9) are turned OFF.
T8 ― The time until when the shutter is opened or the total of marking data creation time,
whichever is longer.
