26.1 Display operating data
In the “Operating data” tab, you can check the operating data of the connected laser marking
system, for example the total operating time of the controller.
When you edit a backup file in offline mode, the operating data at the time of backup is
displayed.
1. Establish an online connection between your PC and the laser marking system.
2. Go to the “Maintenance” screen and select “Operating data”.
3. The following data is displayed:
• “Controller operating time [h]”
• “Laser pumping time [h]”
• “Laser radiation time [h]”
• “Number of shutter cycles”
• “Number of power-on times”
• “Head fan operating time [h]” (LP-GS, LP-RC)
• “Controller fan operating time [h]”
• “Battery status for system clock” (“Normal”, “Abnormal”)
• “Number of marking processes”
• “Number of switching cycles of INTERLOCK relays” (LP-GS)
• “Number of switching cycles of INTERLOCK contactors” (LP-RC, LP-RF, LP-RV)
If you have replaced a part, reset its operating data. Log in as administrator to reset the
following operating data:
• “Head fan operating time [h]” (LP-GS, LP-RC)
• “Controller fan operating time [h]”
• “Number of switching cycles of INTERLOCK contactors” (LP-RC, LP-RF, LP-RV)
Select “Reset” and confirm with “Yes” to reset the values to the initial settings.
