Before Teaching

Recognition

This machine has the function to recognize by the number registered to the recognition device as a
reference number. Recognition is alternative of shape setting and block matching recognition,
depending upon the object to recognize.

Shape set recognition (board recognition)

When the object to be recognized has following shapes and each size is known, use it.

• Reference No. 125

:

The lamp value is automatically set.

• Reference No. 126

:

The lamp value is set by hand.

∗

When the color contrast of mark and background of it is not clear like the paper phenol
board, it is used. (When the contract is not clear and the lamp can not be automatically
decided, it is used.)
