We recommend to use the nozzle to set
to each head, in the combination shown
in the figure above.
4-5 Head Data
The dispensing pressure or nozzle to use for each head are set.
Also, the nozzle height or stable timer required to prevent the filament after dispensing are set.

Press Head data .
• The head data screen appears.

Correct data.
∗
As for setting the Z-axis speed, do not set the
high speed for the head 1.
∗
Enter the stroke per 0.5 mm.

Press .
• The data modification menu screen reappears.
• Nozzle --------------------- The nozzle set to the head is selected.
• Stroke ---------------------- The distance between the head and top side of board in moving is set.
• Shot Prs ------------------- The dispensing pressure is set.
• Head Stable TM --------- The time after the head moves to dispensing points before starting to
dispense
• Filament Stable Tm ---- The time after dispensing until the head starts to move to the next
dispensing point
• Z speed -------------------- Dispensing speed
