PCB Transfer

The transferring state of board between each conveyor is checked and the board can be moved to
the optional position.
The machine checks the board on the conveyor at first. If it is, the board appears in green at that
conveyor on the screen. Pressing the button for the position to transfer starts transferring the
board. The board at the transfer end position blinks during transferring. After transferring, the board
at the transfer start position goes out, and is displayed at the transfer end position.

E.g.) When the board is on the board

holder, press  

UNLOCK

  and  Unload  .

• The board is transferred from the board holder

to the rear conveyor.

UNLOCK

and

Carry in

The demand signal is commanded to the pre-station and the board is transferred to the left
conveyor.

UNLOCK

and

Load

The board is transferred from the front conveyor to the board holder (middle conveyor).

UNLOCK

and

Unload

The board is transferred from the front conveyor or board holder (middle conveyor) to the right
conveyor.

UNLOCK

and Carry out

The board is transferred to the post-station.
