Improved Operation

The adoption of the LCD color touch panel on the operating part offers very clear vision. Also it
makes easy to exchange Japanese and English.
Tree jump function

The specified screen appears on any screen by using this, saving time.

Layered operation

The improper operation is reduced to a minimum by classifying the operating screens into
each mode for the operator and engineer.

Using the data creating unit PT100 enables to create data even during running the machine.
It is possible to create all data of PT100 support models all together.

Automatic Printing Condition Setting (for Each Type of Solder)

As there are various characteristics for each type of solder, it needs skills and takes much time to
set the printing condition of the machine for each solder.
The printing condition is set for each solder in SP22P-M, and even the operator without much skill
can easily create data by loading prepared data all together.
6 patterns are available for each type of solder as our standard library.
Besides, 14 patterns can be added as for the user’s creation.
