7.1 Initialising the VPS

Installation Manual

7.

The initialisation process begins.

8.

Click "OK" when system initialisation is complete.

Initialising the VPS with the Mode Switch

1.

Disconnect the port cables from the VPS.

2.

Turn the power switch off at the VPS.

3.

Set the Mode Switch to position 5.

4.

Turn the power switch back on at the VPS.

5.

Connect the port cables.

6.

Confirm that the Run Indicator blinks 5 times.

7.

Turn the power switch off at the VPS.

8.

Set the Mode Switch to position 0.

9.

Turn the power switch back on at the VPS.

Note

•

The execution time for the initialisation may differ each time it is performed because of 
system capacity and system programs. Generally, initialisation will take about 10 min to 
accomplish.
