Description

Sets the ringing pattern if an incoming call cannot be received because all destinations are busy.

Selection

•

Handling table number: 01 through 60

•

Recovery/Busy/BUSY BV 1 through 9/Queuing

Default

All handling tables — Recovery

Programming

1.

Enter 456.

Display: Busy BV

2.

Press NEXT.

Display: Hand tbl NO?

3.

Enter a handling table number.

To enter handling table number 01, you can also press NEXT.

Display example: 01:Recovery

4.

Keep pressing SELECT until the desired selection is displayed.

5.

Press STORE.

6.

To program another table, press NEXT or PREV, or SELECT and the desired handling
table number.

7.

Repeat steps 4 through 6.

8.

Press END.

Conditions

•

If you select "DISA" or "BV", in programme [455]

Built-in Voice Message for Call

Handling, you cannot select "BV" or "Queuing" in this programming.

•

You can select "Queuing" in this programming, only when you store the floating extension
number of UCD group, No Reply group or Ring group in programme [453]

Extension Ringing Assignment.

•

If you assign an ISDN extension as the destination of 1:1 calls, be sure to select Busy in this
programme. Other selections are not applicable.

•

If you assign an ISDN extension as one of the destinations of 1:N calls, be sure to select
Recovery in this programme. Other selections are not applicable.
