General settings
You can customize general system settings to suit your needs.

app home screen, tap
[Settings]

[Change Login Password] setting
See “Login password”, Page 99.
[Automatic Login] setting
This setting determines whether or not you must enter a password to connect to the system when
accessing it from away from home.

You can also disable automatic login quickly from the app’s home screen.
1. From the home screen, open the options menu ( “Displaying the options menu”, Page 35).

[Cancel Automatic Login]

[Auto Launch] setting (Android devices only)
This setting determines whether the
[Home Network]
starts automatically when you turn on your mobile
device, allowing you to receive landline calls without first starting the app.
[Hub LED] setting
This setting determines whether the hub LED indicator lights or is disabled.
[Shortcut Menu] setting
This setting determines whether the shortcuts menu tab is displayed on the left or right side of the
screen, or is turned off.
[Time Adjustment] setting
This setting allows you to synchronize the hub’s date and time setting with the date and time setting of
your mobile device.
To synchronize the date and time setting of the mobile device displayed on this screen, tap
[Update
Time]
.
To change the mobile device used for time synchronization, tap the name of the mobile device displayed
on this screen, select the desired mobile device, and then tap
[OK]
.
[Quick Monitoring Access] setting
[Hub SD Card] information
Information about the SD card’s recording capacity is displayed.
[Connection Status Icon] (Android devices only)
This setting determines whether the app’s connection status icons are displayed in your mobile device’s
status bar.
