If a problem occurs during fax transmission or reception, one of the following messages will be printed on the sending and jour-
nal reports.

12.3.1. Journal Report

1. Press

[PRINT REPORT]

repeatedly to display “PRINT REPORT”.

2. Press

until the “JOURNAL REPORT” is displayed.

4. The report is printed out.
