12.3.1. Journal Report

If a problem occurs during fax transmission or reception, one of the following messages will be printed on the sending and jour-
nal reports.

How to output the Journal Report

1. Press

[PRINT REPORT]

2. Press

[ ]

repeatedly to display “ JOURNAL REPORT ”.

3. Press

[SET]

4. The report is printed out.

Most fax communication problems can be resolved by the following steps.

1. Change the transmit level. (Service code: 596, refer to

Service Function Table

(P.88).)

2. Change the TX speed/RX speed. (Service code: 717/718, refer to
