Total judgment measurement

Each judgment result (Hi/Go/Lo) of OUT1-3 and OUT-OUT calculation 1 and

2 can be combined freely, to acquire the logically calculated (AND or OR)

judgment results.

OUT1-3 and OUT-OUT calculation 1 and 2 can be combined arbitrarily;

however, when the selected head of each OUT differs, the judgment result

(OK/NG) is output synchronized with the sampling timing of the target head.

1. Select the calculation type from "Judg. Type".

2. Select the target head. The calculation will be performed synchronized with

this head.

3. Enter a check mark in the check box of the "Judg. target" item, and select

the judgment value from Go, Hi, or Lo.
