ATTACHING THE PADS TO THE AREA TO BE TREATED
Wipe the skin to clean off perspiration, moisture and dirt.
Hold the pad grip and peel off the pad from the pad storage plate
and attach the pads, one at a time, to the area to be treated.
Attach the pads securely to the skin.
(If a pad falls off the skin for approximately 30 seconds during operation,
the power automatically turns off.)
• The intensity of the stimulus between the pads may differ depending on
location.
If the stimulus is weak, move the position of the pads.
Examples of attaching the pads
Neck
Attach the pads to the base of
the neck.
* If the pads are attached to the
head or nape of the neck, hair
may stick to the pads or
stimulus to the back of the
head may increase.
Joints
• Emphasis on one side
Attach the pads on both sides of the joint
to be treated.
Shoulders
Attach the pads symmetrically to
the left and right shoulders with
your backbone in the middle.
Arms and legs
• Arm
Attach the pads
one above the
other on the
arm.
Waist
Attach the pads symmetrically to
the left and right waist with your
backbone in the middle.
• Leg
Attach the
pads one
above the
other on
the calf.
• Both knees at
the same time
Attach the pads
below the knees.
Soles of the feet
• Emphasis on one side
Attach the pads
to the arch and
the calf.
Attach the pads
to the ball of the
foot and the heel.
• Both feet at the
same time

to the arches.

Without pulling on the cord, attach both pads to the pad storage plate.

With the cord take-up switch slid in the direction of
the arrow, hold the pad storage plate that has been
attached with both pads and pull gently.
Note: If the cord takes on a bend or is twisted, the cord may become difficult to take up. In this case,
gently sandwich the cord in a cloth and pull the cord to straighten as if cleaning it.
