Police Dispatch
Phone Number
This is the emergency dispatch phone number for the police
department, NOT 911.
EMS Dispatch
Phone Number
This is the emergency dispatch phone number for the EMS or Medical
department, NOT 911.
Adding a Building
1. Login as Administrator .
2. Click on the Configuration Menu.
3. Click on the Buildings Tab.
4. Click on the Add Building Button.
5. Type in the Building Name.
6. Type in the Building’s Address .
7. Type in the Building’s City.
8. Type in the Building’s State.
9. Type in the Building’s Zip Code.
10. Type in the Building’s Offsite Monitoring Account Number if offsite monitoring is being
utilized.
11. Type in the Building’s emergency service dispatch phone numbers for the Fire, Police,
and EMS or Medical if offsite monitoring is being utilized.
12. Click on the Save Button.
Updating a Building
1. Login as Administrator .
2. Click on the Configuration Menu.
3. Click on the Buildings Tab.
4. Click on the Buildings List.
5. Type in or select the changes that need to be made.
6. Click on the Save Button.
Removing a Building
1. Login as Administrator .
2. Click on the Configuration Menu.
3. Click on the Buildings Tab.
4. Click on the Add Building Button.
5. Check Box on the far left for building that will be Removed.
6. Click on the Delete Building Button.
Notes : A building cannot be removed if there are locations assigned to the building.
