Cleaning optical glasses on AQ Guard Ambient

Switching off device and disconnecting from power supply

1.

Close the firmware by selecting

Shut Down

.

2.

Unplug the power cable and all other cables.

Letting device cool off

The drying section IADS and the sampling head get hot during operation.
After switching off the device, allow them to cool off sufficiently before
touching interior components. How long it takes the device to cool off is a
factor of the ambient temperature.

CAUTION

Risk of burns from hot components

Components can remain hot even after the device is switched off. Before
touching components;

Allow the device to cool off sufficiently.

Removing weatherproof housing

AQ Guard Ambient – detaching wall bracket and sampling head

1.

Remove the three screws from the underside of the wall bracket.

ð

The device can now be detached from the wall bracket.

2.

Detach the device from the wall bracket.

3.

Unscrew the sampling head.

4.

Lift off the weatherproof housing.
