Unique IP address of device
IPv4 address
If the device is connected to a network via LAN or WiFi, it is assigned a
unique IP address. The IPv4 address is decisive. Without the IPv4 address,
it is not possible to connect to the device.
The IPv4 address can be displayed using a standard Windows feature. Use
the app “Command Prompt.”
A keyboard (connected via USB or virtually via Remote Desktop) is needed
to use this app.
There are two ways to view the Windows interface:
• Press the Windows key on a keyboard
• Close the firmware with
Exit to OS
(
Settings > Expert User
)
To display the IPv4 address:
1.
Enter “CMD” in the Windows search box.
ð
The app “Command Prompt” appears.
2.
Enter the command “ipconfig” and then press ENTER.
ð
All of the device’s IP addresses appear.
