Status menu
System log
The
System Log
is an activity log that can be used by Pakedge Technical Support for
troubleshooting.
To view the system log:
1.
Go to Status > System Log.
2.
Change the settings as needed:
•
System log buffer size: Maximum value of the buffer is 10240 KB (10 MB),
which is also the default.
•
External system log server: An external server may be set up to receive
log activity. Enter the IP address of the external server.
•
External system log port: A port number for the external server may be
entered here.
•
Download: Download the encrypted log.
