This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class A digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These
limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference when the equipment is operated in a commercial
environment. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the

ARRANTY
LIMITED WARRANTY: Seller warrants its Products to be free from defective material and faulty workmanship for a period of five (5) years
during normal use from date of shipment by Seller (except for Products known as Avidia which are warranted for one (1) year on hardware,
ninety (90) days on software, Products known as PG-2 which are warranted for two (2) years and for HOM and EVAL board or chip level
Products which are warranted for one (1) year). Seller's obligations under this warranty are limited to replacing or repairing, at Seller's option,
any such Product which is returned during the warranty period in accordance with Seller's instructions, all transportation charges prepaid by
Buyer, and which Product, in Seller's sole opinion, is determined to be defective upon examination at its factory. Transportation charges for
the return of all repaired or replaced Product from Seller's facility will be paid by Seller. Seller may use reconditioned parts or Products for
such repair or replacement. This warranty applies only to Seller products sold directly by its employees, or indirectly through its authorized
agents, distributors, or resellers. This warranty does not apply to any Product which has been repaired, worked upon or altered by persons not
so authorized by Seller or in Seller's sole judgment has been subject to misuse, negligence, accident, fire or other casualty, or operation beyond
its design range. This warranty also does not apply to any of Seller's Products which have been connected, installed, used, adjusted or in which
operating materials have been installed or materials assembled otherwise than in accordance with the instructions furnished by Seller. Products
repaired or replaced by Seller under warranty will continue to be warranted according to the provisions of this Section 9 for the duration of
the initial warranty period or for six (6) months after repair or replacement, whichever is longer. Without impacting the form, fit, or function
of its Products, Seller reserves the right to make changes in the design or construction of any of its Products at any time without incurring any
obligation to make any changes whatsoever on units previously purchased, nor shall any such changes create any implication whatsoever that
any Product manufactured or furnished without such changes is in any way defective. EXCEPT AS TO TITLE AND INFRINGEMENT (AS
SET FORTH IN SECTION 8 ABOVE), THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES,
STATUTORY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
SHALL BE ONLY AS STATED HEREIN. NO OTHER REPRESENTATIVE OR PERSON IS AUTHORIZED TO REPRESENT OR
ASSUME FOR SELLER ANY LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF SELLER'S PRODUCTS OTHER THAN AS SET
FORTH HEREIN.
