ORBITAL PADS

NOTE:

Do not lower the orbital head without a pad. Doing so damages the Mighty-Lok® face

STANDARD CLEANING OPERATIONS:

1.

Align the corners of the pad to the corners of the aluminum plate and press to attach

2.

Lower the scrub deck onto the pad

3.

Ensure front/back and left/right alignment

CHEMICAL-FREE FINISH REMOVAL:

The addition of a specialized surface preparation pad in addition to the traditional cleaning pad is required for chemical-free
finish removal. The traditional pad acts as a “backer pad” and compensates for variances in the floor

1.

Leave a 2” gap along the front of the machine so water can fully saturate the pad

2.

Align the Velcro pad retainer along one length of the red, backer pad and press down

3.

Place the surface prep pad on top of the pad retainer, centering it with the red pad

4.
