4. Rotate the handle bar so it is square with the fork .
5. Using a 6 mm allen wrench, tighten the stem wedge
bolt to lock the stem in place .
6. Replace the cap onto the stem wedge bolt .
7. Adjust the handle bars to the position you desire .
8. Using a 5 mm allen wrench, tighten the two
handlebar stem clamp bolts until the handlebar is
locked into the proper position .
9. Test the handle bar by trying to move it up and down
to ensure it is securely tightened .
