6.6 Power conservation

While your PaceBook has built-in power management, there are measures you can take to

reduce overall power consumption, and maximize battery life:

use AC power whenever possible

lower the intensity of the LCD backlight - a very bright screen uses more power

don't use "screen savers" since these use a lot of the CPU power - a blank screen

minimizes power consumption.
