Safety
•
Read and understand the user instructions before putting the machine into
operation.
•
Do not let children play on, stand on or climb on the machine.
•
Always inspect the machine prior to operation to ensure that it is in good working
condition.
•
Damaged or worn-out parts must be replaced immediately.
•
Stop the engine and always remove the spark plug cable on the heavy-duty
mulch mower before carrying out adjustments or repairs.
•
Tighten nuts and bolts on the machine after the first hour of operation.
•
Never place hands and feet under the mower housing while the machine is
operating.
•
Only operate the mower on level and cleared ground and avoid getting too close
to holes and ditches - also when towing the mower.
•
Always operate at reduce speed in rough terrain, along creeks, ditches and on
hillsides.
•
Do not operate close to creeks, ditches and public highways.
•
Only operate with recommended vehicles (Lawn/Garden Tractors and ATVs).
•
To avoid personal injury and/or equipment damage DO NOT EXCEED 8 KPH.
•
Never place hands and feet near pulleys and V-belts while the machine is
operating.
•
Keep to a safe distance from the heavy-duty mulch mower when it is operating,
as stones, branches or other heavy debris can be ejected from the heavy-duty
mulch mower.
•
Always wear ear protectors and safety goggles when using the heavy-duty mulch
mower.
•
Never operate the heavy-duty mulch mower without the safety guards fitted.
•
NB: Be aware that vibrations or strong vibrations can occur if the frame hits a
stone or other object which can lead to damage to the blades.
•
Ensure that the blades are always sharp.
•
See the vehicle's owner's manual for instructions regarding towing - and always
make sure that the mower is correctly attached to the vehicle before starting.
