If the stove is used in a hot area such as outdoors in direct sunlight or incorrectly (not in
accordance with these instructions), the internal pressure of the cartridge will increase.
If the pressure reaches a dangerous level the in-built safety device will activate stopping
the flow of gas and extinguishing the flame. If the in-built safety device activates,
determine and correct the cause before reusing the stove.
Re-igniting the stove after the pressure sensitive safety device has been activated:
1. Remove the gas cartridge from the stove. Push in the nozzle of the cartridge for a second to release pressure from the cartridge.
Place the cartridge in a cool area for a while to lower the pressure to normal.
2. Turn the control knob to the ON position to remove excess gas from the valve.
3. Repeat instructions as set out in this manual (Operating Instructions).
