Flush sequence to avoid clogging 

The following drawing describes a typical sequence of operations: 

 

 

 

 

The  actual  sequence  of  operations  may  differ  depending  on  your  cell  line,  for  example  with  different 
sedimentation times. 

 

Pump Operations 

 

You must pause your monitoring to get access to the pump menu 

Backup pumping

 refers to pumping mode when not in an active monitoring session 

 

 

Stop Pumping 

One can stop the pump on purpose by selecting the stop pumping menu item. In that case the system will stop 
pumping for 10 minutes and automatically resume afterwards.
