13. ABOUT ERROR MESSAGES
Parameters may be changed as you choose in this flow computer, but if inconsistent, conflicting parameters
are entered, or when faulty conditions take place, the preamplifier LCD display will tell the operator with error
messages as shown in Table 13.1 below.

● Procedure to initialize the CPU
① Turn POWER switch OFF.
② Holding the internal MODE switch (Do not be confused with external mode select switch. See pages 10
and 33) depressed, turn POWER switch ON.
③ The LCD display is illuminated in all places. (Hold MODE switch depressed.)
④ On seeing a message “PA. rESEt,” release the MODE switch (initialization is complete).
(Holding the MODE switch ON at this point while a message “PA.rESEt” appears will result in unsuccessful
initialization.)
NOTES: 1. Following the initialization, reestablishing the parameters is required.
2. Except for seeing a message “PA. Err. 1” (parameter error 1), do not perform initialization
procedure.
