1. Chair lift assembly 

 
Before you start assembling the rail it is recommended to assemble the chair first at the upper end of 
the stairscase. (end location of lift) . 
 
1. 

Take carriage, seatframe , seat and back-seat to the upper end of the staircase. 

 
2.  

Unscrew the coverplate of the rotating disc, and take the bearing set of. 

 

3. 

Put the needle bearing between the 

 

 2 rings on the rotating disc.

Place the seatframe on the  

 

bearingset and place on top  

 

the other needle bearing set.

Now the coverplate can be mounted  

 

on top of the above-mentioned disc 

 

 and fastened with the socket screws. 

 
 

Make sure that all bearings are 

 

aligned properly
